Amelia was amazing! While I ended up not moving in the building, she made the entire touring and leasing process so smooth and her energy is fantastic! Thank you Amelia!

The maintenance crew, Edwin and Norbert are an excellent team that have helped fix everything I need. Ive been enjoying the last 3 years living here and havent had any issues whatsoever.

I have lived at the Gibson since 2021. I never want to leave. The leasing staff, Vincent and Amelia and maintenance crew, Edwin and Norbert are very attentive to whatever needs arise and very quick to respond. Plus, they're all very friendly. The building itself is in wonderful condition. Zero complaints from me.

Im torn about this place. Most of the workers especially the maintenance crew were great! And I loved my unit but the leasing office was always changing and communication wasnt the best . I would have given a higher rating but my move out process brought it down. My biggest gripe is that when moving out I was informed I wasnt going to be charged for anything which i was shocked as typically apartments are sticklers. So I kept asking the property manager if they were sure, and they confirmed they were and said they are pretty relaxed when it came to move out fees . I was even told since I moved out on the weekend that I would only be charged if I left a huge mess which I totally didnt. Welp! Turns out they did indeed charge me for cleaning despite telling me I wouldnt be charged. And when I reached out for clarification (twice!) I was ignored. Very shady. So beware and get everything in writing!
