330 Oak Grove

I want to say this first - THE CAMERAS DONT WORK!!! This is my first ever apartment and oh did I pick wrong. Management is a joke and none of them ever know whats going on. Security just sleeps all the time. Somebody stole MY SHEETS TOWELS AND MY SOCKS??? Once a bat fell on me the second i opened my apartment door. Awful place, as far as the actual apartment, its fine small as fvck.

Definitely would give a lower rating if I could. I cosigned for my daughters first apt here and I don't even want to explain all of the gross things about the building. I understand everywhere has old building issues but we even are replacing her small appliances due to the roaches and nesting. The other morning she awoke to a snake in Her living room. Obviously a tenants pet.. not hers. She boxed it and gave to security only to see it dead in the dumpster in her same box. It broke her heart and trust. Mice, roaches, feces etc.. should alarm the managers to rethinking apartments ability to be a healthy and clean, safe residential environment. I'll help her find a new safe apartment.

I would not recommend living here for multiple reasons. They completely ignore you when you try to contact them for anything. I've filled a complaint against them to MN Attorney General for an issue that's been going on for several months if that tells you something.

Candace toured a couple of apartments with me. She was very kind and answered all my questions as we went around. Finally I was able to come to one that matched what I was looking for. Im looking forward to moving in.
