DONT RENT HERE!!! i just moved out of 215 oak grove after a jarring year of renting here. one of the ladies at the office are rude, not to mention their office is never open during their actual office hours. LOTSSS of people loiter, the building doors always break so its easy for random people to come in the building and loiter. i felt extremely unsafe going down to do laundry (which btw the laundry room is always a mess) due to ppl loitering at night. the party/community room was closed for about 5-6 months due to remodeling the floor the water ALWAYS gets shuts off like every other month, and the power gets turned off randomly, the elevators are always a mess; ive seen a dead mouse in there before and plenty dog excrements several times in the elevator as well. THE BUILDING ALWAYS STINKS. the ONE thing i enjoyed about living here was that i never had any bug problems which was nice. ALSO, there was a shooting a few floors above me back in february, heard about 3-4 gunshots. vending machines are always broken. long story short, the pictures may look nice but PLEASE dont rent here lol

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. Not only was the building disgusting. The leasing office is refusing to give me back my deposit I had to put down in order to run my application. Which then I decided I did not want to live here and was supposed to receive my security deposit back. It has been 3 months (11/26/22)now. I finally got a call saying my check was at the leasing office which 1) bounced when I tried to deposit it 2) was already opened and 3) was dated for Jan. 6th when they told me that they just received it that week (3/15/23) I obviously have been stolen from. They will not respond in a timely manner or at all and are extremely rude when they do. Do not live here. This place should have a lawsuit against them.

Lived there in 1995 after 2005 it went down hill jacked up rent won't fix anything that needed to be... other bad tenants & staff was horrible... glad not there anymore...moved to a better quiet place... I say don't waste you money find house you can rent for what they charge
