Else has been an amazing place to live over the past two years. Charles, Semaj, and Aaron have always provided great service and communication! Maintenance issues are addressed immediately and building projects are always intentionally communicated. The building itself and people within are inviting and fun! Definitely one of the best places Ive lived. Kudos!

***Update- I just signed for my third lease renewal and am still so happy with this apartment + community*** I moved into Elsewarehouse a few months back and am so happy with my decision! The building is beautiful and I love my unit. The people are super friendly and great neighbors. The building also hosts a few events- a nice way to get to the know the neighbors. Charles, the guest experience manager is exceptional and Aaron, who works in building maintenance, is wonderful. Highly recommend!

We love living at Else! Ive lived here nearly three years and couldnt be happier. Charles, the guest experience manager, ensures there are events each month where residents can connect. Ive made many new friends and greatly appreciate the sense of community. Aaron, the maintenance director, is wonderful. Anytime we have any sort of issue, he addresses immediately. I couldnt imagine living anywhere else in the North Loop!

Its not only a perfect location, but these apartments are: classy, well made and stunning. Ive lived here for about a year now and every day has satisfied my dream of living in a New York City style loft. The brick with high ceilings is unlike anything you can get here in Minneapolis. Everything is sturdy too - from the floors to the drawers. Its also soundproof. Plus, you get a beautiful view of the city upstairs (with a free happy hour once in a while too). I use it often as a backdrop for work! - Kelsey

Very unique spot in the North Loop, centrally located on Wash Ave. Staff & Community are a lot better than many of the other apt buildings in the area. Very inspiring space. PROS -maintenance guy Aaron is best in the biz -massive sky lounge (indoor & outdoor) with city view, avail to rent as well -huge workout room with many quality machines -lots of variety in unit layouts -common areas for WFH outside of unit -frequent community events -guest parking spots across street CONS -garage parking is insanely tight -no balconies :( -AC is extremely loud if you dont like that -utilities are quite expensive compared to other buildings around
