Junction Flats Apartments

Firstly, the apartment is overpriced. You would be able to find other apartments in downtown or North Loop area for similar price, and somehow even cheaper. But on a positive side of thing, the apartment itself is decent. There was this situation that I had to deal with the other tenant that threatened me in the shared apartment. Reported it to the management, they did not take any actions.

Trevor and Krissy were fantastic in helping us with our new apartment. The apartment is great and the whole process was very positive.

The management people here are the absolute best. Trevor and Krissy were super helpful and flexible when it came to our move in and, even though we were only there for a short time, they made us feel incredibly welcomed. Would highly recommend Junction Flats to anyone. And the apartments stay super warm, even in -20 degree winters!

Junction Flats has by far been the BEST place I have ever lived at. People are what make an experience positive and I cant say enough on how amazingly helpful, friendly, and accommodating Krissy is. Always enjoy chatting with her when picking up a package or grabbing a coffee from the amazing machine downstairs. The apartment has one of the largest outdoor pools in Minneapolis, the gym is good enough to have not needed a gym membership and my unit is the perfect size. The only thing to remain cautious of is selecting a unit that is facing the metro transit. The buses park right outside the building and are loud. If I wasnt moving across the country I would definitely be renewing my lease.

I moved here approximately a month ago and love it!!. Krissy and Trevor are the best. They have helped everyone with any inconveniences from what I've seen. I honestly cannot find any issues with this building. The apartment units are great - there are walk-in closets, washer & dryer and dishwasher. The hallway towards the elevator has exquisite art as well as bright lightning. The flooring is clean and never smells (there are pets on the premises). The lobby has nice soft music playing and there is a gym with unlimited time usage, a nice big pool equipped with grills, a dog walk & 2 media rooms that has a pool table, you can watch TV, read, or even entertain your guests. Also at least once a month everyone in the building comes down and get to meet each other and have trivia night.
