        I love living here so far it has been mostly quit, and even packages that I order are safe here. I have been here a year, and I want to give a special shout out to Tiffany who is a wonderful apartment manager I would definitely rent from KRC again.

        I liked living here! really had no issues with the management or the buildings itself! The only downside is the parking situation. theres four spots in the back available which is honestly more than anywhere else in the neighborhood but parking in the winter can be hard. But if youre use to street parking and lowry hills area, its a piece of cake. Rent is reasonable too.

        Strict management so place maintained well. Parking is terrible at best. Feel safe in neighborhood for the most part. I would rent from KRC again.
