        Complete trash. Management gave up about 6 months ago and started letting literal gang members live here. Theres constant drug dealing outside the building as well. I lived in Loring park before Elan and even with all of the crime and gunshots that happened there, it was luxury compared to this dump. I genuinely feel unsafe living here. Uptown is awesome, this place is trash.

        Just in the last 30 days there's been a fire two shootings neighbor in apartment 211 had their door kicked I called maintenance about it they did not come up and fix the door it's still cracked
