        A friend of mine lived there for seven years. I had gone to visit him a few times, and I was very disturbed by what I saw as in the property. You're suppose to be kind to your tenants, but from what my friend told me is that they were rude to him. I'm currently reading reviews, some are positive and majority are negative. I work for RMK properties, and I have documented complaints, and I'm sorry to say that there is going to be an investigation into the property. There's no excuse for non working elevators, Steam room and Sauna not working. SO the current managers better get their selves in gear and get everything fixed up or you can kiss the property goodbye.

        Really wonderful! Toured with Jaiden (all of the office staff were very very friendly and engaging) and couldn't be more excited to move in March 2024. Started the process of applying for my new apartment less than 24 hours after touring. Staff was wonderful to talk to and answered all my questions fully and honestly, the building (albeit older) is well maintained, skyway connected (HUGE PLUS), and the amenities are wonderful. The views are ***RIDICULOUSLY*** beautiful, doesn't matter what side you live on (city or river!). The apartments are spacious with LOTS of closet space. For the price there is no where better in the downtown area (lived downtown for more than 15 years). VERY dog friendly (I saw a few on my tour!) which is very important to me! I will update this once I move in and settle! Can't wait!

      Greg, Normally, we appreciate honest feedback from our residents and their families or friends. However, this review contains false information that is offered as factual. Greg, you are not an employee of RMK Management as you have stated, nor have you been. We are also unfamiliar with your friend who resides at this property, but would be happy to speak with them directly regarding their situation. Anyone who lives at or visits The Churchill would know that we continually provide improvements to our property and the amenities. Items you have mentioned in your review may have been temporarily affected. The elevators had been repaired previously and continue to run smoothly. The steam room and sauna have been operational, but do, as most steam rooms and saunas, take 20-30 minutes to heat up to desired temps. We have a new management team in place, and all of the feedback we’ve been receiving has been incredibly positive. Please do your due diligence and familiarize yourself with current conditions that represent a true and accurate picture before posting reviews for any business. The Churchill Management Team
