i learned that vlo means bicycle in French! lol
My Tour was Great! Beautiful Building, Mira and her manager ( i forgot her name) are very friendly. Mira answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable, she didn't mind answering my odd questions about the building and the management company
(which is something all tenants should ask about when renting downtown in my opinion nowadays)
definitely a refreshing surprise compared to some of the other places I've toured in downtown/uptown area.

Do not rent here look else where. Pecksniffian staff, you will be very dispiritedness if you apply here. Way more opulence apartments in the area you would much rather ensconce in.

We toured with Mira and she was so nice and helped answer all of our questions and my boyfriend had A LOT. She even helped us with our application and walked us through the process. We love the neighborhood and all of the amenities too!

Beware majority of these reviews are people who have been compensated with gift cards. Dont live here staff is stuck up snobby borderline racist. Well just one of the managers. Not every single staff.but just that one is enough for you to overlook the good ones. Way better apartment building right next to it. Better prices and friendlier staff. You can be my guest and not believe me and aplly sure they might be nice at first. But please leave a response review so I can say I told you so upon you moving out when you finish your lease. If you even can put up with her to finish your lease.
