        Has been a great 6 months at Green on 4th! Dont plan on leaving G4 anytime soon. Hot coffee, great staff. Lia was able to change my door lock battery on the weekend when it died and I got locked out of my apartment and Keairra is always very welcoming in the mornings with coffee and Deana brightens the room when she comes with her great personally what else to ask for feels like family

        We have been doing business with Green on 4th as a vendor. We offer carpet and upholstery cleaning for them and all staff are friendly and professional. They make it a great work experience. From Ryan, the maintenance, Deena, the Assistant Community Manager, and Keairra, the Community Manager. We like doing business with them because they take time out to get to know you!

        If I could give 10 stars!!!!I have so much gratitude for the staff at G4. They are not just friendly, but sincere. When I have an issue with anything, even if it has to do with my personal situations, they are always professional and friendly. Its like a family that looks out for you. This goes to all the ladies in the office, the security at night, and maintenance. I havent lived in a better environment with better people. If I could give 10 stars I would!

        G4 was definitely was an experience, Ryan the head maintenance person is a great respectful person, just as well as everyone in the office, the only problem that i experienced was some of the tenants were insanely rude, noisy, full of self entitlement and played the victim role when they were asked out of respect to be mindful of their neighbors , its everyones right to have the best quality of life, the people in the front office arent there to babysit adults, one other person who definitely wasnt believing of me was Bill, how very disappointing, he twisted tf out my words, treating me like a little boy and stringing me along, that was so cruel and stressful, i showed you Billy, you cant little boy ME, FOH, hell yeah im pissed, also hopefully some of the higher ups will find away to slow those doors from those cruel people slamming them, the building has been open 4 years, so do the people that currently live shouldnt have to deal with that im done now
