        Definitely not worth the cost of living here. Property management is absolutely dismal and theres many issues with the apartment and building. Residents have literally been trapped in the elevators on multiple occasions and management doesnt take noise complaints seriously despite it being a clear lease violation. Additionally, trash is left in the elevators and residents dogs sometimes urinate and defecate in the hallways and the stains are not cleaned up. If youre set on living in North Loop, look anywhere but Heritage Landing.

        Terrible leasing agents. Called an agent who offered me an apartment, said he would follow up and email the details, never did despite me reaching out a couple hours later. I call back the next day and the apartment has already been rented.
