        The apartment is small but nicely furnished. The building is quiet and people are nice. The big issue is management. Almost entirely unresponsive and when you do get someone, you never get a resolutionalways asking their supervisors. I had a package stolen and they did nothing about it.

        While I love our apartment, I do not believe we should pay 150 a month for parking that is not in a garage. Also, we had two packages stolen and not much was done about it.

        Between a choice of being homeless or living here: homeless is a better option. Worst management possible. Unresponsive. Returned security deposit exceeded the three weeks under Minnesota housing law. Locked bike was stolen from property. Weights in fitness room were also stolen.

        The management is terrible. I had two envelopes in the wrong box, that had sensitive information in it. All they had to do was just open the box and they just kept giving me the run around saying they needed feedback from the team. They needed feedback to get keys and open up a grey box lol.
