Buying a car from Hibbing Ford was the best car-buying experience ever. The entire process was seamless and painless, something not typical in my previous experiences at other dealerships. Teigan was amazing! I inquired about a vehicle on Ford Hibbings website. Teigan answered my request very timely and addressed my initial questions with ease. We then set up a meeting for Saturday morning, the first appointment of the day. She knew we were bringing a trade-in and that we didnt want to be there all day. We pulled up at 8:45 a.m. The dealership wasnt even open yet. But, their waiting at the window was Teigan with a friendly smile. She came outside, had the keys for the truck in her hands and sent us with the keys to check out the new vehicle while she took our trade-in to be evaluated by the service department. The rest of the process was as seamless as the first impression. We completed the process and drove out with a brand new Ford Explorer that is gorgeous! Thank you Teigan and all of the employees at Hibbing Ford that made our experience so enjoyable! You have earned a new customer for life!

Ryan was easy to deal with. He knew his stock and the vehicle history. The dealership had a good selection and even in these times of low inventory most places worked with me. Will go back next truck I need.

Ford of Hibbing has been my mechanic and panic place since I bought my Buick from them. Always friendly, helpful and make sure my car is taken care of even if the have to take it somewhere else. Thanks everyone at Ford of Hibbing from me and my Buick Encore.
