I have purchased two vehicles in the past several months from Gregg Smitherman at Fairmont Ford. Very professional, made purchasing a vehicle very easy. I also greatly appreciated his laid-back attitude, so you dont have that high pressure sales feeling. I highly recommend this dealership. Recently, I had an exhaust manifold replaced on my F-150. Due to several broken manifold bolts, the job took longer than expected. The service department kept me informed on how the job was progressing. The final bill was less than the figure I had in mind, with removing several broken bolts. The people in the service department were very good to work with. Thanks.
