I brought my 2021 F150 in to a Autonation Ford for a warranty repair, two minor recalls, and an oil change. A week or so prior I had set up an appointment as I was going to need a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop. The morning of, I called to confirm the appointment but there was nothing on the schedule for me. I spoke to my service advisor Billie and she advised me they could get the truck in and get me on a loaner no problems. An hour later I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by a service writer. Billie had advised me I would be working with Kayley so I mentioned I was looking for her and the service writer died me where her desk was and made sure I found her. I told Kaley I had a couple of recalls an oil change and a warranty repair and went over the details. I was then directed to the cashiers office where I could get the loaner vehicle. Kaley stayed in contact with me to keep me advised of the status of my repairs and two days later she let me know my truck was done. I drove out to pick it up, returned the loaner and went to pay for my oil change. As the rest should have been under warranty. The cashier told me I was good to go and owed nothing and handed me my paperwork. I looked it over and noticed there was no oil change done. When I asked about it the cashier apologized and referred me to Kaley. I waited while Kaley finished with another customer and then asked her about the oil change. Kaley advised me they had switched over to a new system and apparently my oil changed dropped off the ticket. She apologised and asked me if she could have the truck back to take care of the oil change. I told her I had no place to go right then so yes please. Less than an hour later my truck was completed and I wason my way. As I turned on the street from the parking lot I noticed my oil life wasn't reset. Not a huge deal, I reset it myself and returned home.
Overall this was a positive experience with a couple minor hiccups that stopped it from being a 5 star experience. The hiccups were corrected quickly with minimal in inconvenience
