        I brought my truck there because my backup sensors quit working and they try and tell me I never had them..... no faith in there ability to work on a vehicle!!!

        Brought my car to do it's safety recall. Made an appointment one week prior to bringing my car. Dropped my car off Thursday afternoon around 2:00 pm appointment was at 8:00 am Friday morning. They said it should take about 2 hours. At 10:58 got a call that they don't have the part. Customers are your paycheck really if the appointment was at 8:00 am why didn't we get a call by 8:30??? They don't let you post unless you select a star they should have an option for no star at all!

        Absolutely the best service I have ever gotten from any dealership, before and after the sale. Brad did a superb job of finding the perfect truck for me. This was a new vehicle and I did eventually have some problems with it. But Brad and the dealership owner, Lee went far above what was legally required of them to make it right. Not because they had to, but because of their commitment to their customers. I highly recommend North Country GM and will certainly be purchasing my next vehicle from them!
