Dan is always wilto help & quickly fix any repairs that need attention.

It's a very quiet and relaxing place, the other occupant are very nice. Everybody just stays to themselves.

I love it here. It's just not clean. Vacuumed maybe 1x a month isn't enough. I usually clean the glass doors. Maintenance is over loaded to expect to clean as well.

Lived there in 2009. 106 unit had centipedes and worms all over the walls on a rainy day.

This place is disgusting. Looks like the common areas havent been cleaned in a year. Lazy management.
