The Residence at the COR Apartment Homes

Move In: 2019 They have been very helpful and pleasant during our application and move in. I love how flexible they were in accommodating us. The apartment was also very clean when we moved in. I love this place! Move Out: 2024 We've lived in the same apartment for the last 5 years. We only left because we bought a house! Finally Very convenient location attached to the train station. There is a dentist office on the north east corner by the city office. Highly recommend going there! Coburns, although expensive, is a short 5 minute walk down the road. It has everything you may need. Staff wise, Jennifer was a constant. She has managed this property well, very friendly and professional. The front always smells amazing with whatever candles she puts out there for the season. She is always a joy to speak to. Val has handled maintenance for a few years here and has always been very prompt on maintenance requests. He's very sweet. Overall we've enjoyed our time here.

Jennifer and all of the staff at the COR do an amazing job. I loved the 2.5 years I lived there. Only left to be near family. Highly recommend!

Ive just moved here and I loved the neighborhood Very clean and quiet just how I like it because I work from home. The staff are friendly and always willing to assist in a timely manner.

Jennifer and the entire team at the Ramsey, MN complex have been more than amazing which has led to me signing another year long lease. Living and adjusting as a disabled Veteran during the Iraq/Afghanistan time frame has its challenges, and can seem daunting when finding a new residence. This management team, their staff, and the way they accommodate and keep the people, units, and the building/amenities squared away is remarkable! Very upscale type feeling, and very secured building with an enclosed ramp for parking, key fob and camera security at all entries, allows me to never worry about my vehicle, packages, or personal safety. After my first full year here, they have made me feel at home somewhere for the first time in a long time. Im very grateful for this place and everyone inside of it! 5 stars and above without a doubt!!
