Dellwood Estates

Dellwood Estates is better than your average big corporation, looking to make a buck, I have enjoyed living here and the staff is second to none. it is a safe and quit place to come home to, and if you need to speak to someone live at anytime day or night, you can reach them, I have lived in other communities in the area and they fail miserably when compared to the quality and friendliest of Dellwood States.And the reason I can say this with all honesty is the staff you can live in a glamorous apartment and it means nothing without good staff to manage it.

We are in the apartment building next door to Dellwood estates. Their tenants are constantly throwing trash off their balconies and into the yard between the properties. We have found bloody tampons, dirty diapers, and used needles. Last year we complained to the Dellwood estates office about. They simply mowed over the trash and spread it everywhere. Please Dellwood estates clean up your side yard and keep it clean.

Donivan, the maintenance guy. Geri, the apartment complex manager. Those two are what makes this place great. Has nothing to do with the company. Also, love the upkeep of cleaning the building. One thing I would like to see changed is the recycling getting picked up more often so its not overflowing too often as it is now and that the vehicles in the underground that arent moved for over 1 year and counting would be towed. Price for what I pay is good comparatively to how prices are in other cities. Ive had maybe 2 complaints in about 1.25 years. Overall great area to be. Love the low noise level compared to what I have had in the past.
