Cutters Grove Apartment Homes

We really enjoy living here. The apartment has a good use of space and we love living next to the Mississippi and utilizing all the walking trails. Er also enjoy the apt grounds and the heated garage. I took one star off for noise. There are some tenants who lack common courtesy and allow their kids to run up and down the hallways early morning or late at night. Some folks blast their music at late hours. But its only a few and doesnt happen every day; of course its always only a few and management is not on top of it. Apart from that inconvenience, it really is a nice place to live.

I lived here on and off for 10 years. I loved it! Love the river, the dog park, and the staff. My neighbors were like family.

Honestly, this is the best apartment I have ever lived in. It's extremely beautiful and it's such a wonderful community. They have amazing amenities and the parks, river, and trails are breath taking, it's great if you love biking, fishing, and hiking All the staff and neighbors are extremely friendly/family friendly and helpful and I am sad to leave this place. I would recommend this place 100x over. I used to be a property manager and I can confidently say this is a very well managed community and they care about their tenants.

We moved in a few months ago, and we absolutely love it here! Its quiet, hallways are always clean, and anytime weve needed help or something fixed they got it done right away!
