Every time I order food here there is never anyone in the line and still mange to get cold soggy food. It should be fresh if I'm the only one in line

Pro: Great staff. Quite atmosphere. Con: lobby is not always open. Youll have to call before and ask if the lobby is open so you wont waste your time.

Maybe the barista should do less lecturing on other peoples caffeine consumption. And maybe more research
