Boston Market

I placed an order on 12/24 at 9:25am to be picked up at 4:30pm the same day, it was going to be our families Christmas Eve dinner. I obviously already paid for it online & was taken out of my bank account. My husband went to pick our order up & the store was closed. It was extremely frustrating to say the least. So today 12/26 I called to see if I could pick up my order & an employee named Heaven answered and was EXTREMELY rude & ultimately hung up on me. I am still shocked at this customer service. Ive never experienced anything like it. Ive emailed the company to get a refund. My order# was 6554312939864065.

We pre-ordered Thanksgiving dinner from the website and picked it up at the Westland, MI store. The manager (I can't recall her name) was doing a phenomenal job, managing the crowd, serving meals, managing the crew. She was totally on point. Five stars for excellent customer service!

I understand the staffing issues during covid so my review is with that in mind. I usually just buy a couple whole chickens here throughout the month. They have a blocked in drive thru, and no one bothers to put a sign up before you enter the line informing you if they are out of chicken. So a few times I've waited 20 mins in line, only to get to the ordering window for them to tell me they have no chicken. The ordering menu is a mess. It's falling apart and duct taped. A few times I've waited and sat at the screen for so long I just gave up. They've been closed recently, again without any signage stating they are closed. I shop that kroger frequently and noticed people sitting at the order screen not realizing it was closed. When I do manage to get a chicken, it's not good. Either they seem under cooked or severely dried out We had an order that they ran out of breast meat gave us all dark and it was literally mummified. I'm a person who doesn't mind it a little well done from boston market. But this was like a science experiment gone bad. So, they have more than just staffing issues. All I know is, if I was so lucky to own my own business, I'd be in there personally making sure it was run properly. If I were in charge of manging a group of restaurants, ditto. Also, one day asked to pull out of the line to order online then get back in line to pick up order at window. Really stupid. This last time they forgot 2 chicken pot pies in our small order. 2 people didn't get dinner in my home. No phone number to reach them either. The fight to get my 16 bucks back isn't worth it. I'll never be back.

We placed an order before 9pm. Website said the store is open until 11. I pulled up to the drive thru and watched 2 employees ignor me. Then they went to hid. They came out of hiding, looked at me and went back into hiding. They came back out another and start to hid again. I said thanks for the help as I was pulling away and saw one of them wave the finger at me. And now I need to figure out how to get my money back because they charged me for the food they didn't provide. But it was a nice finger I got instead

I have never received chicken so burnt before from a Boston Market location. It was so burnt it was hard and black. I used Doordash so I didn't get to check the order before pulling off. Stoe #0539 Westland on Ford rd.
