Very disappointed with my experience here. I typically only leave reviews for quality and professional service, but have to make an exception for this business. We were not greeted by the two employees working (they were too busy looking at their phones) and looked around the entire store, even walking past the desk multiple times with no acknowledgment. The other person with me had to say hello as we were walking to look at supplements for them to even acknowledge that someone was in the store. They responded politely but very short, and went back to their phones/didnt ask if we needed any help. We decided to just leave. When calling to give feedback, we were surprised to be told from a different employee that the two working that afternoon were the manager and owner. After speaking to the owner he claims it was not him. He was very defensive, stating maybe we didnt hear them greet us (even though we were looking up as we walked in), asked if we had a video of the interaction (why in the world would we have that?) and that customer service is their specialty. We were not looking for anything but to express the bad experience instead of just never returning or leaving a bad review without being fair and saying something first. I do appreciate the owner saying he at least would review the tapes of the interaction and all he could do for us was apologize, but he still seemed very adamant that we were not telling the truth even when the person who was in the store reiterated the story. Things were blown totally out of proportion from attempting to give feedback about treating all customers equally. Ive been in here before with no issues which is why I continued to return, but the attitude of the owner has put me off from wanting to come here again. I dont know why this wasnt a simple sorry that happened, Ill review the footage but instead turned into an interrogation of my experience, denial and excuses before an eventual apology. I hope that when the owner reviews the interaction hell see we were telling the truth, but hell probably just deny it or make excuses for why it happened again.

My go-to nutrition store in the area. They have a huge selection, workers are knowledgeable, and the owner is very friendly! Highly Recommend!
