Not pleased with this dealership. I have yet to receive a call back regarding an oil change and my 10,000 check up. I called last week left a message with service department Monday April 1st, 4:52pm. I have a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus. This proves to me I will not give them my future business. I will be contacting Lincoln informing them of my lack of customer service from this dealership. I will be searching for another dealership who hopefully wants to service me. Or this will be my last purchase of Lincolns.

The buying process for my Altima was satisfactory, and Phillip, the salesman, was helpful and comes recommended overall. However, I must highlight a crucial safety concern. The Altima had a sonar error issue that caused the car to e-brake at random, putting my safety at risk. Despite my request for assistance, the dealership not only ignored this issue but also implied that I was lying about it. Additionally, I discovered that the Altima required an immediate transmission flush/change, amounting to a roughly $800 expense (paying additional repairs related to the sonar also out of pocket). Despite assurances from the sales manager, Kevin, that any minor issues would be addressed by the dealership, my multiple inquiries with them revealed that they won't be taking any action. This serves as a cautionary note for anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership their commitment seems to wane once you leave the premises, contrary to their promises during the sales pitch.

Purchased a used $40k SUV from them a few weeks ago. Got to the dealership around 9am, had me fill out paperwork and look at the car while it was in the mechanic bay being "inspected" and serviced. Finally got to test drive it 4.5 hours later. Panoramic roof lift arms broke during the test drive, obviously that wasn't inspected or tested during those 4.5 hours it was in the shop. Sat down with someone in finance who put some numbers in front of me that were in my payment range and was told that's what my payment would be only to find out at the end of the deal my payment was going to be $230 more because they quoted me a rate that was over 2% lower Than the national average at the time. drove 2 1/2 hours back the day after to pick the vehicle up since they had to fix the panoramic roof. The used car manager never apologized or offered any sort of incentive for all of the inconveniences and wasting quite a bit of my time. Only to get the vehicle home and realize a week later it has a pretty major coolant leak and now no one will return my phone calls or messages. I highly advise anyone who is thinking about getting any work done or purchasing a vehicle from this dealer to go else
