I was looking for cars via multiple apps over a span of 6 months. Im an active duty service member and I was deployed at the time I decided I wanted to purchase my car. I came across the perfect deal. I got a 2022 Lincoln aviator black label CPO with sticker price of 90+k after tax title and registration but with only 9k miles I paid a little over 65k. I worked with Shawn Johnson. I strongly recommend this dealership specifically working with this manager. I was very hesitant at first I. Purchasing a vehicle out of state (I live in Illinois) while I was deployed but Shawn made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole process. He answered all my questions and despite me knowing how busy he was I felt like I still got the one on attention I needed. The car was shipped directly to my house and it is perfect as was advertised. I received the registration and license plates in the mail as promised. When I came back from my deployment I had my car ready to go. I find this dealership and staff to be extremely reputable and professional and I plan to do business with them again in the future.

I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this dealership. We spoke to a sales associate, Milo, on several different occasions about a vehicle they had that we were very interested in. We live over 2 hours away which Milo knew. We set up an appointment to look at the vehicle because they were not going to be open when we initially wanted to look at it. We called when we left home to tell them we were headed there and what time we would be there. We received a text message 20 minutes before our arrival that they had sold the vehicle. We had drove for over 2 hours already when we received this message. Later, we found out we could have put a deposit down for the vehicle. They failed to tell us this even when they knew our situation.
