    Very bad costumer service they dont have respect for the costumer and the vehicle they left my vehicle a mess they drive they empty the gas tank and when you pick up the vehicle you have to go find out where is it

    I am not surprised that after my recent experience, a review form for service was NOT sent to me so will leave my experience on here. I bought an aviator from this dealership with Greg. Greg did a great job, also told me about the perks of customer service and if there is any issues the dealership is able to bring a loaner to you & pick up your vehicle & drop off when finished. I am a single women and this was very appealing to me. My cars 360 camera had a recall on it from the day I bought it. They didnt have a fix for it so they said they would call me when they did. I followed up with Greg 3x over next 9 months & I reassured when there was a fixed he would call me. So I stopped calling. My sister was who referred me to this dealership, specifically in service knowing how important that is to me. She leases an aviator & I was frustrated to learn that she had her car in for oil change and during that time they fixed the recall of the camera for her car & I didnt receive a call. I go online and schedule my repair, for 3-4 days out and ask for a loaner & to picked up/dropped off. Few hours later I get an email from Service department worker, Jerry Patterson telling me they cant provide a loaner to me & get me scheduled for a month. I right away explained, hey Ive been waiting for this fix & I have a few other sensors on my brand new car that need looked at, a month doesnt seem acceptable to wait for. I dont mind waiting a week or two but youre telling me because I want to utilize the services I was sold on when I purchased the car, you cant find a loaner now. We went back and forth a few emails of Jerrys dry, unwillingness to problem solve or work with me attitude, & I finally picked up the phone & called him. I explained my frustration, how long Ive been waiting , that I was sold on these services & I think its unacceptable that I didnt get a call from them, let alone now saying a month wait when there was next appointments available. It was very evident, they just wanted to me to drop my car off & me figure out my own car for the 4-5 days. I repeated that was unacceptable. I asked him to get Greg involved and Jerry used the line if you want me to see if Greg can pull a bunny out of a hat towards me. This is where my calm was lost because, I think its very ironic that me wanting a CAR dealer to provide a CAR, when they sold me on this CAR service is now some magic trick apparently. It wasnt a magic trick whenever they were taking my 85k check but now its an impossible task. But wow apparently magic is real because Greg gets involved & the magic trick happened. They pulled a car out of a hat. The whole time, any updates need I had to reach out for & the communication was of course dry short language, and the experience was beyond underwhelming. Even when I dropped my car off I came in with a smile and was trying to move past it, however, even the drop off was extremely frustrating. The lady who was working with the loaners came out to me, keys in hand as I stood by car waiting. walks right up to me & first thing she does is pull her wrist up and look at her watch & the first sentence out of her mouth was I am on my lunch break so we are going to make this fast. Follow me to my desk. Little did she know, with my already bad experience getting in that approach was not the right path. Even if I already had great experience, apparently this Hines Lincoln dealer needs some customer service training classes. When the lady go me to her desk, she pulls out a contract says, sign this and your all set, bring it back full on gas. Of course at this point I sit down and read the contract that she is insisting I sign without reading and ask the questions I had. Which to her was unacceptable that I actually read and understood what I was signing. After I signed, with an even larger attitude, she said we will do a walk around the car & you tell me any damage you want noted. More to this but out of characters- management- please call if youd like to know her lack of professionalism.
