Put ridiculous holds on IRS and all guaranteed checks. Worst financial institution ever

InTouch Credit Union follows the guidelines set forth by regulations in regards to deposits and transfers. We understand you spoke with a member of our leadership team about this prior to your review. Our staff did discuss cutoff times with you and explained what we were able to do. We understand the desire to want things to be done as quickly as possible, and we did try our best to meet your needs. We apologize if we were unable to meet your expectations.
