Had a call scheduled 130pm and the business didn't bother calling. Wouldn't recommend.

Update: I left this review after speaking twice with Customer Service. Why would I contact again? Thank you.
Nice experience opening an account in person, then didnt use for a period of time.
My account was closed without notice due to inactivity, and the balance left was taken to pay for inactivity fee that I was not given a heads up for, that I was told I would have been- nope (unless its in the 50 pages of paperwork when opening the account.)
Bummed about this and handling, because I have friends who have had great experiences with mortgage.
Will not utilize in future (why would I trust with a mortgage if this was a simple savings anccount) and do not recommend, based on this experience and lack of notifications.
