Oakland Church has been using FMB for our banking needs for several years and I have always found Kyle and the whole Rochester branch to be so friendly and knowledgeable since they opened a few years ago. I highly recommend banking with them!

I do not recommend this branch. Chris and Juliane are extremely unhelpful and rude and when I asked for a manager I was told one was unavailable. This branch overall is not very tech savvy and you will need to do a lot of your banking needs in person. Their online customer service is also poor and not available outside of business hours and ultimately told me I would have to return in person to this branch for assistance. There are too many other banks that offer much higher level of customer service and much easier online navigating tools to deal with this joke of a business. Closing this account immediately
