Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Absolutely god awful service. Side bar gab sessions while customers wait. Or nobody to help you. Moved every Account to annother bank except this last one. Now I remember why. Same story every single time.

I honestly dont know why there is so many bad reviews this was one of the best Bank of Americas I been to. The ladies were super friendly and engaging and I came in right before close didnt feel as if I was an issue. Super friendly, clean I had 3 ladies interact with me but only got the names of Michelle and Linda

The assistant manager was the rudest person I've ever met. She refused to help me even though I have a business account there. She would not let me use the notary service and sent me to a bank where I have a personal account even though the document I needed notarized was for my Bank of America account!!! In addition, I went to this location specifically for their notary service and they had BOTH notaries on lunch at the same time so no one was even available for an hour for this! Terrible planning.... I went to the Lake Orion location and they were great and were able to help me with everything I needed.

They will have side conversations with each other and ignore you as a customer. I am a small business owner and need to be in and out. I get ignored, and they will have customers fill out deposit slips instead of pull customers who are ready, particularly Joanne. I will be closing my accounts end of the quarter.
