The staff is nice- but running a business and having to get change from them is a nightmare. I can’t even count the amount of times they have shorted my change order in the past 3 weeks or didn’t put the deposit papers back in the bag- or even forgot to send my bag back through the tube in the drivethru. I know it’s partly whoever takes the deposits responsibility to check it- but for the bank to constantly drop the ball is getting ridiculous. As a bank you should pay attention to people’s money- I’m wondering if they’ve shorted regular customers as well. Please double check when you get change from here

I am the manager at a nearby business and even though we don't bank with them they give me change for my cash drawers in emergency situations any time! Always very nice and pleasant

Sat in drive thru for over 20 mins was ignored when calling for help, all just to make a deposit.

I love it here. There attitudes are nice they handle all my problems if they are able to. I appreciate them so at least all the staff i have dealt with.
