The staff at this branch has the worse attitude ever, so unprofessional. I waited over 30 minutes for two cashier checks.

Poorly staffed. I attempted to cash a check (less than $100) at the drive thru and pressed the call button 3 times. I finally went inside and a man sitting at a table asked what I wanted to do. I told him what I was attempting to do and he said we only have 1 teller and she was waiting on a customer. I overheard two men (managers?) tell the customer that one teller was on vacation and another was out sick. I would think that maybe one of the managers might have offered to help me but I waited patiently for my turn. For future transactions I won't be going to this branch. Very poor customer service. Two thumbs down!!! :(

DO NOT GO HERE. Tried to open an account, they took all my paperwork, then said 3 days. 2 weeks later they still have no clue why it's taking so long, and promised they would look into it, and call me back. They never call me back. The one time they did call me back, they said "I don't know why it's taking so long". So I called online help number, they looked into it, come to find out this branch never sent the information for review like they said they did 3 times. No record of it being sent whatsoever! Just kept saying "We'll I looked into it and call you back", that response at most, was always "I have no response back in my email yet".
