This place is an absolute joke!!!!
After the sale customer service is trash and I mean trash !!! Purchased a watch with ultimate warranty had to send the watch back 4 times in less that a year because the diamonds kept falling out, Had to call corporate to get a replacement and 3 months later got the replacement and they would not transfer the warranty to the new watch. Every time I visited Kays they would fight me in every way possible!!!! They acted like they were doing me a favor by helping me like I was trying to steal something I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE SUCK AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! HECK WALMART HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THIS PLACE

Took my ring in around Thanksgiving was estimated to be back 2 weeks after....well it's been well over that called them and they can't tell where it's at. Not happy what so ever with them right now.

Please just go elsewhere. I regret ever stepping foot into this store. The item purchased was an issue from the start.
Even after paying extra for warranty.
It has already been returned to the store to be "fixed", however, another trip is necessary because now I have mismatched earrings. . This is all super convenient since I live 35 mins away.
