I lost my ear ring backing. Screw on.
I tell them they are custom made, I'll just give you the other for ref.
Worker: no need. It will be the same.
4 weeks later: my backing is 1/3 the size of the other.
SAME WORKER : well they work.
Would you drive a nice BMW with Honda rims? Bruh.
I made every attempt. I said I'd pay for both beforehand if they where the same size. Idk man

Josh and Kyla are wonderful at Kay Jewelers. My boyfriend and I had a great experience in 2023, and knew we wanted to come back and make a purchase through this store specifically. Josh remembered us a whole year later, and Kyla was patient with answering all of our questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Truly great service!!

This Kay Jewelers team is the best!My wedding ring & band have been placed together beautifully! I want to appreciate Taylor for getting it sent off and Cuauhtemoc for taking care of me when it returned. I especially want to thank and greatly appreciate the Kay Design & Service Center team that worked on my rings. Absolutely flawless!! . Thank you for taking such good care of my rings. I LOVE IT! . Keep up the good work service team and in-store staff!
