Doug is as friendly and professional as it gets. His expertise is brilliant. I needed an extension for my mothers wedding necklace to fit my neck and he immediately jumped in to help and ensured the necklace would fit AND last me dancing all night before I left. Our son needed a new chain for a cross necklace he was given by his grandfather. We live in Richland & UniQ Jewelry Gallery had ads in our local Gull Lake Living magazine. I assumed they were near Richland, but they were worth the drive to Portage! We dont buy a lot of high end or custom jewelry so we definitely had sticker shock, but Amber worked with us to find something that worked with our budget & would last for our son without breaking. The customer service at UniQ is unbeatable & the smiles are real!
