Quick and easy! I knew what I wanted going in, and Mike was able to assist my every need. The ring was finished on time and turned out soo so perfect. They were quick to respond to questions and answered the phone every time I called (apparently thats too much to ask of the other jewelers in town)

We purchased both my engagement and wedding band here and the service was fantastic. We recently moved to Montana, and we still choose to get serviced by Medawars every time we are back in Michigan because of the trust we have with their business and they never let us down. They are very accommodating.

Very pleased with Medawar Jewelers Portage. I took my ring there to have the prongs fixed, ended up getting a new setting for the diamond- more secure than the original. Mike and Steve are very knowledgable and honest. Since my experience Ive had other family members take their jewelry in for repairs as well- always come out great and in a timely manner!

I took in some jewelry to get appraised and my wedding band to see if it could be modified to drop the main stone down as it was always catching on things. Mike was very helpful, explained the process and let me know what they would try to accomplish. The appraisals were inexpensive and fair.
