image Before coming in there, I talked with customer service to get off my mothers family plan. After finishing the process I asked them if I can go talk to somebody in person to finish setting up my plan. They said I could do that. So I went here a few weeks ago to get on my own plan and the first thing the rep said I was better of finishing my plan online since I would have to go back with them. And then asked why did I want to come in person anyways. I said I wanted somebody that can explain to me in more details their phone plans. He just gave me the basic information and said I wouldnt be able to do anything without the primary account holder there anyways. He said it with an attitude though. I then explained to him that I had access to all the accounts. He didnt believe me and told me he couldnt help me. After that, I told him I was switching companies and going with AT&T instead. His attitude completely changed and started being more engaging but by then I was already upset and the awful customer service. I then asked him what I would need to leave them. I just needed the account number and a code that I could easily get through the app but he offered to get it for me. Its so sad that they dont want to help. I really liked TMobile service but their customer service is awful so I ended up going with another company.
