Had an awesome experience getting 2 new phone lines added to my account! Tyree started the process and DeVant finalized it with such finesse, my friend and I were both highly satisfied and impressed with the service. Thanks TMobile you da best ~

I work in customer service and honestly the staff at this store needs more training! When I walked in it took me 15 mins to be greeted and they helped other (female)customers before me, that came in after me, probably because this was an all male staffed store! I had no issue with that but once they got to me the greeting was oh, and what do you need no how you doing sir, how can I help you just basic customer service lacking. Upon helping me they told me that they couldnt turn my phone on because the sim was locked then walked away to help someone else. I had to get there attention again after they(Chris was his name I believe) purposely walked past multiple times then they told me that I had to call tech to help me out, I sat on the phone with them and they told me a special that I qualified for if I added another line, just for me to get off the phone and be told that they cant promise you a special over the phone, that special is not valid, then walked away again to greet a older guy who offered them gum and chips and they sat in my face and joked with the man! I asked one of the other male employees what is going on, and I supposed to just keep waiting and he said I dont know, I just got here. Just a overall bad experience for someone who has been a customer for years, this couldve went very differently! Nobody should have to keep asking for help when they are spending there money and time! Do better gentleman!

The staff is very cooperative. We went to a family plan and till this moment Adrian, a customer agent is helping a lot till this moment while splitting up our bill and explaining the plan benefits. Thank you.

You can buy smart phones, refills and change of plans. The staff is really helpful and friendly. I enjoyed dealing with them.
