I'm am so pleased to say that what started out to be my worst experience in life with a cell phone company I just purchased a phone less than 30day and it was a factory defect and customer service would not send a new one unless I paid up front Marcus stepped in and took over the whole situation long story short new phone screen protector and case and upgrade and lowered my bill 30$ with a government assisted program monthly after setting up phone answering every question and spending two hours assisting me and patience and customer service and knowledge of the new device and comparisons to the new device was top tier even if it was a cricket store next door to my house I would go back to this location and only deal with Marcus on his shift I was treated like a value customer and the accomidations were made were done out of consideration of the fact that I could not go a hour without my job /phone line so I Salute King Marcus for all his help

I wanted to switch carriers from straight talk to cricket and when I arrived I was quite unprepared (my fault) but the two employees, (Chris and Seth) were insanely helpful, they were going out of their way to help me cancel my previous service and get everything set up and ready for the new phone that I had purchased, Chris even stayed long after his time out in order to help me finish everything, both of them were also incredibly friendly and funny too, I would highly recommend going to this location as it will make for an easy and enjoyable experience.
