Great Lakes Ford of Muskegon

I bought a used f150 from great lakes ford on 08/24/23, it went back to great lakes ford with a blown motor on 11/13/23! I've been waiting forever for a motor that will be covered by warranty, was promised it would be there today 03/28/24, it is not there and is now being pushed back yet again! I will never do business with great lakes ford in muskegon ever again!!! Keep in mind, this is the second vehicle in a row I've bought from them thats had a bad motor!!

I just had my truck serviced here, (coopersville betten baker failed me when selling me a truck) and ford went above and beyond. Did an inspection for me that I didnt ask for. Properly diagnosed before just repairing. And fixed it properly. Price ended up being $100 less than quoted also, so that was nice.

We just bought a used truck from here on Monday. Cannot say enough good about the whole experience. It was the truck that we have been looking for and priced fairly. They gave us a fair value for our trade-in and we were able to drive our new purchase home the same day. Mike was the salesman that we bought from and he was great. He followed up with us a few days after our purchase to be sure we were happy with our truck and if there was any questions or concerns we had. Thank you Mike! I also want to give a shout-out to whoever works in the detail shop. The truck was spotless. I would recommend Great Lakes to anyone.
