Loved the pick up and return service since I work just a mile from a rival Ford dealer.
I just wish they would have listened to me about my two year slow tire leak I have. They performed an exterior leak test instead of breaking down tire and replacing the valve stem and sensor like I wanted. Still have the slow tire leak!

I went in for a set of tires. They were able to show me the best value tires and help make it an easy decision. They also found a few minor issues and were able to complete them in a reasonable time frame.

I would highly recommend Campbell Ford in Niles Michigan. I will drive the extra mile to get good quality sales and service. Campbell Ford I would not hesitate to give them the chance. Jason the sales person is awesome, patience and not pushy. Austin, Service Manager in the Service Dept, top notch.
