    Glenn in service is exceptional. My truck is recieving service 1600 miles away in South Florida and this service department is doing their best to assist me in the repair at a different dealer. Very friendly and helpful. Best Ford dealer I have worked with.

    Not impressed. The front desk receptionist doesnt seem too interested in helping with much. I ordered a part from them months ago and never heard one thing back from them. I called daily, no one ever answered.. even left multiple voicemails. I had eventually assumed they never ordered it so I gave up. I called today to reorder the part and guess what! Could not get through to anyone so I decided to go in and was surprised at the fact that no one was there for service, and how slow it was especially for no one to answer the phone I had explained what had happened, and the gentleman in parts was very kind and understanding, even offered a discount on the part! The same older woman who basically ghosted me on a part, butted in and was very rude & demanded I pay now for the part because as she remembers clearly, the part never got picked up and sat so long the sent it back. She also claimed to have called me and left a few voicemails. When I had told her I never heard ANYTHING back nor could I ever get through to someone in parts, she cut me off and was insisting I pay now for it. I ended up leaving and not getting the part due to unprofessionalism and no accountability. The way I was treated surprised me, considering Ive heard good things. What a shame.

    Jacob Frick was my salesman and he was highly efficient from the beginning of my appointment to the end of my appointment! In one hour, I picked out my car, signed all of the paper work, and drove away with my new Edge. Jacob even took care of transferring the insurance from my old car to my new car. Everyone at Jim Riehl's Friendly Ford was very friendly and helpful. I was thoroughly impressed with Jacob and the dealership!

    We just had the best truck leasing experience ever. Our current lease was coming due in a few months, Jacob Frick contacted us about the new rebates. Had us in our new lease at the same cost as our expiring one, all in just over an hour. Transferred our tonneau cover, bed liner, and a bunch of other stuff for us. Great truck, great price, great experience.
