As the former Detail Manager, Im here to put this company, and the owners behaviors and methods out there, especially the customers that bought, or plan on buying cars from them. They have a porter that works there that doesnt shower, that stinks up new cars, and is also known to be a compulsive liar. They allowed a 3 year old child to come in the shop, with chemicals and loud noices with no regaurd for the childs safety. The lot porter is known to lie and manipulate staff, and has been caught in lies. during my employment they sold cars with scratches and defects on them knowing it. Several weeks ago a customer had a 120 thousand dollar wagaoneer come in, at some point it was scratched on the rack on passenger side and they rushed me to cover it up so a customer would not see it. All there worried about is your money, no ethics, no respect. Customers get screwed, and when I expressed my concerns over the issues, the owner questioned my leadership skills. As the detail manager I terminated myself So if you bought a new car or truck there, and you noticed scratches, please dont blame your kid, your friend, or even someone else, cause more and likely, Charlaviox Motors did it, and the smell in your car is'nt as bad as not knowing if the porter left a virus in your car, cause he doesnt shower!

It's an ok dealership. Inventory is a bit small. But the sales people are very helpful.
