I've been here twice, had a fine experience and a bad experience. 1st was a service and they cleared up an electrical issue I had been having for around a year and had taken to two other dealerships and it hadn't been fixed, they had it fixed in a day. I believe it was right around $1200. I was impressed and thought I had found somewhere I felt comfortable taking my truck from now on. Today I took it in for an oil change, fuel filter and a tire rotation. While rotating the tires one of the lug nuts sheared off. I understand that things happen, but then they are going to charge me to drill and replace the studd. They also got VERY deffensive when I said they were at fault and should cover the charge, and turned and put the blame on me. I have my tires rotated every oil change, they have been on and off a dozen times since I've owned the truck without issue. I don't believe that is something the customer should be charged for. I'm looking at a $250 estimate from my tire guy that I trust to fix the lug nut that they broke off, ontop of the $350 oil and fuel filter change. They seemed like fine people but I most likely will not be back. I told them that as well and they didn't seem to care much.
