Inquired about a vehicle, and was contacted almost immediately by Andy. Scheduled a test drive for that evening. My parents were in the area, and wanted to see what we were looking at, so they drove around the lot. They explained why they were there, and were told that there was another test drive scheduled before us that night. The salesman that was talking to my parents offered for them to drive the vehicle to my work in Hamilton, so I could see it. They did, and I loved it! They let my parents put down a deposit, and my husband and I picked up the vehicle the next evening. Andy was busy at the time we went to pick it up, so Jim helped us out. Amazing experience with Preferred!

Scheduled an appointment. On time. Post status on a link sent to me via text. Very nice. Shows inspection report and all charges. John and staff in service is excellent to work with. Work done of course with quality. Another nice job recently.Again visited and staff is great. Scott is an excellent mechanic.
