    Worst service department around, and I've seen plenty. Sat there 4hours for simple oil change and tire rotation and warranty work on USB ports and was told would be about 45minutes. Really never heard updates from anybody in those 4hours, and finally was told couldn't get the part to fix it. Shameful way to run a business. Would never recommend again.

    After just having my 2023 Dodge Ram in for service I had to take it back in because the truck started ticking. When we met the mechanic he advised that it was normal and all of the dodge trucks make that noise. The service tech wanted to continue to tell us this was a normal noise and he would order the part if thats what we wanted. Fast forward a couple days and we dropped the truck off to have the part replaced and when we got the vehicle back it was still ticking . We then called and the tech again stating the ticking was still there , he advised the ticking was normal but we could bring it back the following day and he would go over each noise with us, well no thank you ! We took the truck to Moran dodge, they did not want us to leave with the truck in the condition it was in, put us in a brand new Loaner and they are currently diagnosing the truck , Ram care has opened a case to help assist us. This was the worst customer service I have ever received while dealing with a dodge dealership and I will never take another vehicle to them for service.
