I had an amazing time helping me find the perfect vehicle for me that would fit the whole family in there comfortably and was amazing on fuel milage. Thank you Aaron, Collin, Denny, and Ryan! You found me the perfect vehicle reliable vehicle at an amazing price. I absolutely love my new(ish) 2019 Ford Escape! I will continue to come back for maintenance since you mechanics are top of the line and kept my old 2006 F150 running for 262,000 miles. I will definitely buy all of my vehicles through them.
Aaron was friendly and on top of his game letting me know about all of the bells and whistles on my Escape. He never tried to up sell me something that I didn't need.
Denny had made sure the price was reasonable and lower than what he could of had it at. Collin made sure that I got the lowest interest rate that could be found. The extended warranty is a must have! 3 years and 80,000 miles added onto my factory warranty is definitely needed for how many miles I drive.
Ryan made sure that it was a certified used car by having his great mechanics go over it with a fine tooth comb checking every single thing possible and making sure that everything was working perfectly. Ryan let me know about issues that he has run across with these Escapes in the past and what to look out for. The mechanical side of the dealership knows their stuff. They are fast and friendly. They will be doing all of the maintenance on my vehicles.
Signature Ford will be the only dealership I ever use. They are proud of the vehicles they sell and want to make sure you have exactly what you need. Thank you for finding me the perfect vehicle for my family!

Elissa helped navigate the sale of our new car in a very short time frame and it was greatly appreciated!! She was very professional, knowledgeable and was quick to respond to email and text questions prior to the sale. Visiting Michigan during what could have been a very stressful time due to my father's surgery, we were able to make and change our appointment based on what little free time we had. Working with Aaron to purchase my 2021 F150 was great! He answered all of my questions and was very easy going. He helped me secure a vehicle that was en route to the dealership and then had it delivered to my home. The home delivery was fantastic! They delivered the truck in a closed trailer and Grub, the delivery guy, was super friendly. After 10 minutes of paperwork the truck was mine! Aaron has checked in frequently to make sure everything is great and it is! I would definitely go here again if I need to purchase another vehicle!

I have been searching for quite sometime for a crew cab regular bed and finally was able to locate one at Signature Ford of Owosso. I called and was connected with Bart, and I cant thank him enough for helping me get into this truck! Bart went above and behind to get me answers on all the questions I had about the F150 and he also made sure that when I decided to purchase the vehicle that it was SPOTLESS driving off the lot. The communication we had from Bart throughout the process was top notch. Also, My fianc and I were greeted throughout Signature Ford from everybody, and we were constantly asked if we needed anything while we waited which truly made us feel appreciated. If youre looking for a vehicle, make sure you stop by Signature Ford - ask for Bart!!
