Worst bank ever faulty atm stole my money and refusing to give a temporary credit treating me like a criminal on on Saturday March 9th I deposited 300 dollars into atm gave me an email receipt and mysterious my money dissappear this banks not regulated in Michigan so no recourse available to recoup my hard earned money I'm disappointed in their process of no time frame to give me back my money

rude it was like they didnt wanna help me at all. i needed a debit card printed and they told me they couldnt because my account was and one was already ordered i went to another branch got card printed no problem

I wanted to thank the lovely ladies working at the 8 Mile/Livonia branch. My mom was a customer until recently, when she passed away. She had been coming to this branch for many years. I had to take over her banking for her, once she became wheelchair-bound. The teller Patrice always remembered my mom and asked me about her every time I came in. I would speak to her every time, as well as Erica and Maria. They asked about her, sent prayers when she wasn't doing well and gave me hugs and condolences when she passed. I have never experienced this compassion at any business for myself nor a family member. I am so touched and pleased with all the members of this branch, especially these 3 young ladies. Grace helped with all the closing paperwork and went above and beyond to help make it an easy experience. I want to personally thank all of you for being extremely loving human beings and being exceptional employees.
