        We had a scheduled appointment today at 4 pm, and the employees were, for the most part, unprofessional and uncaring.... The person who was supposed to keep the appointment asked her colleagues, "What do they need", directly in front of us.... While assisting her clients. Rude, to say the least! All we were doing was adding my name to my husband's account. Luckily, another Comerica at Plymouth and Merriman roads was very helpful, and we didn't need an appointment!

        Insisted on a massive breach of privacy completely unnecessarily. I wanted a simple cash swap with company that has an account with them. Not even a withdrawal.

        I think I need to start giving another bank a chance. I've gotten the runaround for two months about an electronic bill paying problem. I spent 30 minutes waiting to talk to web banking and they blew me off, saying it was Chase's fault and they couldn't help me. Chase blames Comerica. Roseann Beally at the Levan office tried her best but couldn't get answers from her people either. I'm done with both banks. I'm gonna move my accounts. You can't get help from anyone these days. Just PR BS and fluff. Pathetic.
