Independent Bank

Love this bank. Great staff . Always willing to help .it's a 5 star bank. I'm never leaving.

I have been going to Independent Bank for over thirty years....I give the staff here 5 Stars, the bank itself 5 Stars, they're the best.................................... BUT to the guy who salts this parking lot in the winter, you sir are a moron ! I can't even drive in here because there is too much salt....I don't need my a car to rust that fast. I have lived in the U.P. of Michigan for twenty years and I know snow, but this salt is like concrete and asphalt degradation on a higher level. I am sure that if I drive into the ATM in the month of June, there will still be salt along the wall of the building...SMH

Everyone is helpful, polite and professional. They have had bank staff serve grilled hot dogs free to anyone that stopped by, they served the community, not just members of the bank. I am proud to bank with Independent bank. I'm locked in at a great rate on my 30 year fixed mortgage. I shopped around, including with other banks and credit unions, trnobody has a better offer.

Meghan is awesome!! The whole staff here is great but Meghan is always going above and beyond to help me, I appreciate her! The team here always makes sure youre taken care of, I dont think Ill ever make a switch elsewhere. Great customer service
